Ronald Hunt is the Program Director of Magic All Star Basketball Club and it was his vision that was destined to become a reality. Ron is originally from Chicago where he coached High School basketball at his alma mater Hales Franciscan H.S. He was also a volunteer coach at St. Francis DeSales H.S. and coached at St. Sabina Grammer School. Ron was program director for Team Chicago Basketball whose players went on to become NBA Champions, NBA All Stars, NCAA Champions, NCAA All Americans, NIT Champions, McDonald’s All Americans and State Champions. Ron has worked with many prominent athletes (Antoine Walker, Nazr Mohammed, Juwan Howard, Donovan McNabb and others) and has over 20 years coaching experience. Ron is excited about the new crop of high school players from his program that are “over achieving” for their respective schools particularly in the Fort Bend County area.
